Our Journey
Quiet Design, Modern Frame of Mind
Viro Designs began with a simple observation: the furniture worth living with is rarely the furniture that is easy to find, wherever in the world you happen to be furnishing.
We buy from independent design houses internationally and bring the furniture home ourselves. Each piece is chosen for what it is actually made of — solid oak, travertine, aniline leather, woven linens — and for how it holds up to daily use, year after year.
The room you come home to changes how you feel in it. So we skip whatever is in fashion this year and stick to good proportions and warm, simple shapes that give a home room to breathe.

Curated Selection
Every dining table, sofa, and lighting fixture is chosen by us, one at a time, from independent design houses internationally. We look for honest materials and proportions that aren’t chasing a season — and we leave behind everything that only photographs well.
Stocked and Ready
We hold stock ourselves rather than ordering it in after you’ve decided, so the availability shown on a piece is the availability we can honour. Delivery and after-sales are handled by us, and quoted for your address before you commit.

Viro Designs is the furniture property of Solidhouse Builders and Construction Inc. — the team behind Viro Homes. It is run by people who kept furnishing spaces and noticed the same gap: shiny synthetics everywhere, and too few pieces made from real materials — the kind that look better after a few years, not worse.
